Data we process
We process the contact and order information needed to complete a purchase, deliver the product and provide support. This may include your name, email address, purchase status, transaction reference and messages you send us. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Why we process it
- to complete and document your order;
- to send the download link;
- to answer support and refund requests;
- to prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Make and Google services are used to automate delivery and send the product email. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and sharing
Order records are retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance. Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers or authorities when necessary for these purposes.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources and clicks that begin the Stripe checkout. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you select “Allow analytics”. You can keep essential-only use or reopen Cookie settings from the site footer at any time. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and advertising-user-data signals remain disabled.
Essential hosting and checkout technologies may still be used to provide the pages and secure payment flow. Google may process limited technical and usage information according to its own privacy terms when analytics consent is granted.
