Email ugcadtesting@gmail.com. Please include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within two business days.

Download delivery

After Stripe confirms your payment, an email titled “Your UGC Ad Testing OS is ready” is sent automatically to the address used at checkout.

Allow a few minutes for delivery.
Check spam, promotions and filtered folders.
Confirm that you are checking the same address used for payment.

If the link does not work

Contact support and we will verify the order and provide a working delivery link. Do not publish or forward the private download link.
