Product and payment

The product is a downloadable digital toolkit for structured UGC advertising tests. The displayed price is a one-time payment in USD. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Stripe and available payment methods may vary by customer.

Delivery

The download link is sent automatically to the checkout email after confirmed payment. Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and safeguarding the delivery link.

Licence

Purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the materials for their own work or within their purchasing organisation. The files may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, uploaded to shared marketplaces or presented as a competing template product.

No performance guarantee

The product is an organisational and decision-support framework. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors, so no revenue, conversion, performance or statistical result is guaranteed.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
